China: Into the mystery of Staccato

Perioden 15. april til 16. maj 2019 var jeg i Kina, for at lege med de 5Rytmer på en anden måde. For at fordybe mig i staccato, finde ud af hvad staccato indeholder, hvad det betyder at gå ind bag alle de mange lag i staccato, ind bag vreden, fokus og kreativitet for at opdage 'the mystery of staccato' - the inner warrior, power and expression.

"Master Chen Shi Yu, a 15th generation Wudang disciple of Wudang SanFeng Sect. This lineage dates back to the 14th century when Zhang San Feng became enlightened by the Dao and created Tai Chi.
Master Chen Shi Yu started to train traditional Chinese Martial Arts when he was children age, in 1993 when he was aged 11 he went to the Mount Wudang to study martial arts with different teachers. In 1996 Master Chen Shi Yu was fortunate to be accepted as a disciple by the great Master Zhong Yun Long. Since then, Master Chen has been practicing internal Kung Fu like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, XingYi, BaGua, Eight Immortal sword and meditation." se deres hjemmeside: http://www.daoistkungfu.com/
